2. About Traeto and Vishnu Innovation LLP
Traeto is an AI-powered hyperlocal discovery and promotion platform and is a product/brand of Vishnu Innovation LLP.
The Platform is designed to help local stores, freelancers, creators, service providers and skilled professionals reach nearby audiences through offers, reels, business listings, search, chat, analytics and promotional tools.
3. Eligibility
- You must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- If you use Traeto on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that entity.
- You must provide accurate and updated information during registration and usage.
4. Partner Registration and Account Responsibility
Partners may include local stores, freelancers, makeup artists, real estate agents, electricians, restaurants, salons, agencies and other professionals.
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
- You are responsible for activities performed through your account.
- You must not impersonate another person or business.
- Traeto may verify, reject, suspend or remove accounts if information is misleading or unlawful.
5. Partner Content and Promotions
Partners are responsible for all content uploaded, generated or published through Traeto including offers, videos, reels, pricing and promotional material.
- You must ensure content is accurate and lawful.
- You must not upload misleading, abusive or infringing content.
- You must have rights and permissions for uploaded media.
- You must honour offers and commitments published by you.
- Traeto may moderate or remove violating content.
6. AI-Assisted Features and Third-Party AI Services
Traeto may use external AI services and third-party providers for captions, templates, translations, analytics, recommendations, search, chat and AI-assisted workflows.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable.
- You must review AI-generated content before publishing.
- Traeto does not guarantee business growth or performance from AI-generated content.
- Traeto is not liable for damages arising from use of AI-assisted outputs.
- Third-party AI providers may process prompts or metadata only as needed to provide services.
- Traeto does not sell customer or partner data.
7. Social Media, Google and External Platform Management
Traeto may offer tools to help partners manage, publish or improve content for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, YouTube or other platforms.
- Use of external platforms is governed by their own policies.
- Traeto is not responsible for account restrictions, API changes or platform downtime.
- You are responsible for complying with third-party platform rules.
8. User Discovery, Search and Marketplace Information
Traeto helps users discover nearby businesses, offers, products and services.
- Traeto does not guarantee quality, availability, delivery or legality of partner-listed services.
- Users should verify information directly with partners before relying on offers.
- Transactions between users and partners are primarily between those parties.
9. Analytics and Insights
Traeto may provide analytics such as views, clicks, searches, leads and engagement metrics.
Analytics are indicative and may be affected by technical limitations or third-party integrations.
10. Payments, Subscriptions and Fees
Certain services, AI tools or subscriptions may be paid.
- Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
- Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or UPI providers.
- Traeto is not responsible for bank downtime or gateway failures.
- Refunds will be governed by applicable refund policies.
11. Prohibited Activities

Traeto branding, software, interface and platform features are owned by or licensed to Vishnu Innovation LLP.
You retain ownership of content submitted by you, subject to the licence granted to Traeto for hosting, displaying and promoting content through the Platform.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services, AI tools, maps, analytics tools, APIs or payment gateways.
Traeto is not responsible for third-party actions, policies or service availability.
14. Availability and Changes
Traeto may modify, pause or discontinue features, tools, plans or integrations at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traeto will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, AI outputs, partner content or third-party services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Traeto harmless from claims or liabilities arising from your content, activities or violation of these Terms.

Traeto may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if users or partners violate these Terms, applicable laws or platform policies.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts having jurisdiction over Durgapur, West Bengal, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform.
