Partners and users can request account or data deletion by emailing support@traeto.in from the registered contact details.
Include your name, registered phone number or email address, and business name if applicable.
2. Verification
Traeto may verify account ownership before processing a deletion request. This protects accounts from unauthorised or fraudulent requests.
3. Processing
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time, except information that must be retained for legal, security, dispute, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
4. What Deletion May Affect
Deletion may remove or disable access to account information, saved preferences, business profiles, uploaded content and related platform records, subject to required retention obligations.
