1. Scope
These standards apply to Traeto, Traeto Partner and related Traeto websites, tools, business profiles, listings, posts, images, videos, captions, messages, reports, support channels and AI-assisted content workflows.
They apply to all users, partners, business owners, service providers, freelancers, visitors and any person who submits or publishes content through Traeto.
2. Our Commitment
Traeto is designed for local business discovery and business content management. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment and acting quickly when we become aware of child safety risks.
Any suspected CSAE or CSAM is treated as a high-priority safety issue.
3. Zero-Tolerance Standards Against CSAE
Traeto strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation, including but not limited to the following:
Prohibited content
- Child sexual abuse material, including images, videos, animations, drawings, AI-generated media, edited media or links to such material.
- Any sexualised depiction, description or exploitation of a minor.
- Content that encourages, requests, sells, buys, trades, stores, shares or distributes CSAM.
- Content that attempts to disguise, code, redirect or link to CSAE or CSAM.
Prohibited conduct
- Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation or sexual communication involving a minor.
- Trafficking, advertising or commercial exploitation of a child.
- Attempts to contact, recruit, coerce, threaten, blackmail or manipulate a minor for sexual purposes.
- Use of Traeto business profiles, offers, posts, media or messages to facilitate child exploitation.
4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, unsafe communication, suspicious profiles or any child safety concern through Traeto support channels.
What to include in a report
- Profile name, listing name, post, image, video, message or URL involved.
- Screenshot or description of the concern, if safely available.
- Your contact email, if you want follow-up from our safety team.
5. Review and Enforcement
When Traeto receives or discovers a child safety report, we review the relevant account, listing, post, media or communication based on the information available to us.
- Remove or disable access to violating content.
- Suspend or terminate accounts involved in CSAE or CSAM.
- Restrict profiles, listings or upload access while a safety review is ongoing.
- Preserve relevant information where necessary for safety, legal or enforcement purposes.
6. Action on CSAM
If Traeto obtains actual knowledge of CSAM on its platform, we will take appropriate action in accordance with our standards and applicable laws.
- Remove or disable the material.
- Block repeat upload or abuse where technically possible.
- Report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate legal or regional authority where required.
- Cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
7. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Traeto aims to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the regions where Traeto operates. When a report indicates that a child may be in immediate danger, users should also contact local law enforcement or the appropriate child protection authority.
For users in India, serious cybercrime or child exploitation concerns may also be reported to the official National Cyber Crime Portal or local police. Traeto may update this section as legal requirements, reporting channels and platform processes evolve.
8. User-Generated Content
Traeto may allow partners or users to upload business photos, videos, posts, captions, offers and other listing content. All uploaded or published content must follow these child safety standards.
Business discovery, local offers, product listings or service listings must never be used to exploit, sexualise, traffic, solicit or endanger children.
9. AI-Assisted Content
Traeto may provide AI-assisted tools for captions, product descriptions, business posts, images or videos. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before publishing.
AI-generated or AI-edited content that depicts, sexualises, exploits or endangers minors is prohibited and may lead to removal, account suspension and reporting to authorities where applicable.
10. Child Safety Point of Contact
Traeto designates the following contact channel to receive child safety notices, including notices from Google Play about CSAE or CSAM-related issues found in the app or platform.

11. Updates to These Standards
Traeto may update these standards to reflect changes in app features, safety processes, legal requirements or platform policies. The latest version will remain publicly available on this page.
