1. Partner Subscriptions
Paid partner plans may provide access to storefront features, upload limits, analytics, AI assistance and lead features during the active subscription period.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only when payment was duplicated, service was not activated due to technical error, or where required by applicable law or payment platform policy.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Fees may be non-refundable once paid plan features are activated, uploads are used, leads are delivered, promotional benefits are consumed, onboarding work is completed or customised services are delivered.
4. Cancellation
Partners may stop renewal or downgrade according to the final billing system. Existing plan benefits may continue until the subscription end date unless the applicable policy states otherwise.
5. How to Request Review
Send the registered account details, payment reference, payment date and a clear description of the issue to support@traeto.in. Traeto may request additional information to verify the payment and account.
